WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship within Canada for a flat rate of $15.00 and within the U.S. for $25.00. We do not currently ship outside of North America. All orders are sent via Canada Post. You will receive an order fulfillment email once your order is being prepared for shipping. A shipping confirmation from Canada Post will be emailed once your order has been picked up by Canada Post.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHNAGES?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email within two days of receipt with photos to show issues. We will send replacements in the event that products are damaged or unusable.

If you purchase a scent or product that you do not love, we will send a replacement once shipping is paid for by the customer. Please also send us an exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order.

HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

We’d love for you to carry our candle as part of your business offerings! Please add your email to our Stockist contact list and we will provide you with a password to shop our Stockist page. We provide wholesale to both brick and mortar as well as online retailers. We do not offer exclusivity unless otherwise requested. Please send us an email to eastcitycandles@gmail to request exclusivity and we will review on a case by case basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE WITH?

We use plant-based coconut wax in all of our scented candles. Our scents are a mix of essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance and our wicks are lead-free cotton material. Most of our glass vessels are made with recycled glass.
